very satisfied. product is on the heavy side but I was ready to accept that to get more autonomy and a more robust scooter able to carry a heavier rider. but to be honest, the android app is not very good. there is some work to be done there
Awesome scooter! Feel pretty powerful and well built. Great range, although keep in mind you’ll get less if you go up more hills and ride faster. Also the support (phone and e-mail) is very good. Great value for the price!
The scooter was very easy to assemble out of the box and rides very well. I use it as often as weather permits. I really enjoy it. The battery lasts a long time which is great. It is well built and as such it is a bit heavy to carry. Something to keep in mind if you have to take it up stairs The guys at Inmotion Canada are friendly and answered my questions and emails. Overall was a very good experience.
I bought my inMotion L9 scooter from InMotion Canada and dealt with Ray. Service was great and very friendly. Ray opened the box to show me the scooter and it was very well packed no damage. My battery charger had the European adapter, so I called Ray and he exchanged it the same day no questions. I really love the L9, it’s built strong, very comfortable platform. So far I’ve used it 6 times for about 1.5 hours each outing and the battery is keeping it’s charge. I’ve charged it 3 times and no issues. That scooter is really fun to drive. I’m going to enjoy it over this summer.
Purchasing my scooter from Inmotion Canada was easy, friendly service and Ray answered all my questions. Ray event opened the box to show it to me. This scooter is built very strong and so comfortable to ride. Would definitely recommend anyone to buy one from them.
