Warranty terms and conditions

 All purchased products are under warranty. Product serial number label record and valid proof of purchase are the only certificates of our limited warranty.


 All items are warrantied against manufacturer’s defects for one year after  purchase (unless specified differently by the manufacturing company or items sold as “Special Warranty Term”), except the battery, tires, and tubes.


 The battery is warrantied against manufacturer’s defects for a period six months after purchase.


 The tires, tube, are warrantied against manufacturers defects for three months after purchase.


 Products purchased as “Refurbished” from InMotion Canada are covered under warranty to be free from malfunction resulting from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase.  


 Products purchased as “Open Box” have warranty coverage of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Items excluded from the warranty

 The product exceeded the warranty period.


 Damage to the product from misuse and neglect, accidental damage, or from not adhering to the instructions in the owner’s manual.


 Damage caused by overweight, attempting tricks, or running into obstacles like curbs or walls, water or liquid damage, or submerges into water.


 Damages caused normal wear and tear, deterioration of paint, trim and appearance items that result from the use and/or exposure to the elements cleaning with a high-pressure water system, abrasives or solvents.


 Damage caused by improper attempts to repair, alter, disassemble or otherwise modify the product or any of its components.


 Damage caused by an incorrect electrical connection.


 Damage or breakage was not stemming from a manufacturer’s defect.


 Products beyond the warranty period will be eligible for fee-based repair.

Warranty repair process

Return terms and conditions

 Return policy for the unused, undamaged product from the original owner, in original packaging:

 

 Within ten days after receipt of the product, the Purchaser must contact InMotion Canada and request a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number.

 

 After Purchaser receives the RMA number, Purchaser must return the Product to  InMotion Canada in an unused, undamaged condition and the original packaging.   

 The product must be received no later than ten days from the RMA date.

 

 Purchaser, returning the product, must pay shipping fees for the returned product.

 

 Upon receipt of the returned Product, InMotion Canada shall inspect the returned product to confirm that it is unused and undamaged and in the original packaging.   

 Upon such confirmation, and provided the Purchaser has followed the procedure outlined in this Policy, InMotion Canada shall credit Purchaser full price plus tax.

 

 Returns a product that ridden, damaged, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not per this policy, InMotion Canada will estimate the damage cost.

 

 Items approved for a return, a refund will be processed to the credit card or original method of payment. If any fees such as shipping or restocking fees are applicable, that amount will subtract from the refund.
